Banks have a customer care team that trains the bank staff how to sort out the problems with customers. Will making a complaint creates a bad-blood relationship? No, bank also understands that situations can go the wrong way. They will try to listen you more attentively.There are many big transactions takes place in bank. So mistakes are possible. Read your bank statements regularly and carefully to check your account is running correctly. A misunderstanding may occur between both parties regarding rate of interest, other charges or loans etc. If any problem occurs, then talk with the right person. Don~t get unnecessarily upset. Rate of interest may be the apple of discord between two sides.If you think that you have been charged unfairly, then discuss it with manager. He will make everything crystal clear to you. If, still not satisfied with rate of interest, they will try to accommodate with you. The bank is there to help you, to make you feel comfortable.
