Are you feeling alone while you are filling out a form

rude? Are you feeling that the service you are receiving
from your bank is not up to standards? Don't wait! Don't

There are several ways to make the complaint. You could
write a letter, or you could call the offending person's
supervisor, or even ask to see the supervisor and lodge
the complaint in person. If the supervisor's conduct does
not seem proper, then complain to the branch manager. All
banks have policies and procedures in place to record and
handle complaints. If you make a complaint, it's always a
good idea to make notes for later use, record the
complaint, the person you spoke with, and their response as
well as the date and time. These notes come in handy if
you, or the bank pursue the complaint further at a future
date.

Still not satisfied: Write a note to branch manager, also
keep a copy of your letter. Find out their response time.
If you don~t get any response, then Contact them again.
Don~t loose temper or never use foul words while talking to
them. It will not help you much. Didn~t get any help from
local branch: Contact their head office and send a letter
with previous copies of past dealings with the local
branch. Banks have a customer care team that trains the
bank staff how to sort out the problems with customers.

Will making a complaint creates a bad-blood relationship?
No, bank also understands that situations can go the wrong
way. They will try to listen you more attentively.There are
many big transactions takes place in bank. So mistakes are
possible. Read your bank statements regularly and carefully
to check your account is running correctly.

A misunderstanding may occur between both parties regarding
rate of interest, other charges or loans etc. If any
problem occurs, then talk with the right person. Don~t get
unnecessarily upset. Rate of interest may be the apple of
discord between two sides.If you think that you have been
charged unfairly, then discuss it with manager. He will
make everything crystal clear to you. If, still not
satisfied with rate of interest, they will try to
accommodate with you. The bank is there to help you, to
make you feel comfortable. So please take the initiative
and come forward if you are not completely satisfied.
